2009 Progressive Daniel Fast & Consecration
This Progressive Daniel Fast refers to the discipline of abstaining from eating and drinking certain foods for spiritual purposes. This is a partial fast, not an absolute (or normal) fast, thus, this is a restriction of diet rather than a complete abstention from food. It is a completely voluntary sacrificial act. This fast is design to promote prayer, personal discipline and worship -- it is not designed for weight loss or hunger shock!

When: Sunday, January 11, 2009, 6:00 PM: Begin the “Daniel Fast” Saturday, January 31, 2009, 6:00 PM: Break the Fast!
